PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 1st Respondent vide his proceedings in Proc.Rc.No.A2/592/2022 dated 14.02.2024 and quash the same as illegal and consequentially direct the 1st respondent to revise and accord to the petitioner with appropriate pay scale applicable to a member with judicial background in TamilNadu State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.02.2024.
