Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records pertaining to the communication made by the 2nd respondent vide her letter dated 17/07/2018, and quash the same and consequently to permit the petitioner to operator the lockers i.e, Locker No.32(Unit I) and Locker No.34 (Unit II) of the 2nd respondent's bank.
