ORDER

After some arguments, Mr.I. Srihari Suriya, learned Counsel on record for writ petitioner sought permission to withdraw instant writ petition, but made a plea to preserve the rights of writ petitioner to approach the civil Court or any other Fora available in law on the same cause of action.
