PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1, 5 & 6 to consider the petitioner's refund of Epayment amount online application reference numbers T/21301/2023 and T/10025/2020 within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.

The petitioner with a grievance that the respondents have not returned the registration charges, which has been paid by the petitioner for registering a document, even though it was not registered has filed this writ petition.

2.Mr.G.V.Vairam Santhosh, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents on instructions submits that the petitioner has not approached the respondents for refund of registration charges. If the petitioner approaches the respondents, it would be refunded without any delay. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of with the following directions:- i. The petitioner is directed to approach the respondents within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

ii. In such event, the respondents shall refund the charges, if any paid by the petitioner without any delay, if the document presented by the petitioner was not registered. 3/6

No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
