ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the case in C.C.No.156 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam, Thoothukudi District.

When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after full trial, the petitioner was acquitted by the Trial Court, by the order, dated 03.11.2020. Since the matter has been disposed of on merits by the Trial Court, nothing survives for further adjudication or further consideration in this petition.
