The defacto complainant in this case is J.Kannan, who is shown as L.W.2. This Court directs the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram to complete the chief examination of the eye witnesses namely., J.Kannan and Haribabu on 23.10.2019 itself. The Registry is directed to send an intimation in this regard to the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram.
