O R D E R

Seeking a direction to the third respondent to expedite the petition enquiry in CSR No.424 of 2025 dated 02.06.2025, the petitioner has approached this Court.

2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that the petitioner is the wife of the fourth respondent herein. The issue between the petitioner and the private respondents is out of matrimonial dispute and the enquiry in CSR No.424 of 2025 is pending with them. 3.Since it is reported that there is a matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents, the respondent police is directed to refer the matter to the Social Welfare officer concerned. The petitioner shall appear before the Social Welfare Officer. The respondent police is directed not to harass the petitioner. The respondent police shall take further course of action, on the report of the Social Welfare Officer.
