This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner by considering the the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2022 and 19.09.2022 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 12.11.2022. Hence, nothing survives was further adjudication in this petition.
