O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to include the lorry bearing registration number in TN-12-E-1515 and name of the driver of the said lorry, when the accident happened, in Crime No.188 of 2017 on the file of the 3rd respondent police on the basis of the petitioner complaint dated 11.11.2017 and to file final report within a time stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in crime No.188 of 2017, they already completed the investigation and filed the final report before the concerned Court. The lorry bearing Reg.No.TN 12 E 1515 is also shown as offended vehicle and also the driver of lorry has been impleaded as an accused in the said case.
