This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.130 of 2022 and file a final report early.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the Respondent submitted that offences involved in the case in Crime No.130 of 2022 are 420, 406, 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC. Therefore, he needs four months time to complete the investigation.

4.Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the Respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry in Crime No.130 of 2022 and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
