This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, restraining the respondent from acting upon the E-tender Notification No.Na.Ka. 115/2023/A1, dated 14.08.2023 and consequently to direct them to issue a fresh E-tender notification in accordance with Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tender Act, 1988 and the rules made therein". 2.Today(14.09.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent fairly submits that there are certain lapses in complying with the procedures in issuing the Notification in Na.Ka.115/2023/A1, dated 14.08.2023, as per Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tender Act, 1988 and Rules and they are intending to issue a fresh notification. 2/4

3.Placing appreciation to the learned Additional Advocate General for his fair submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the respondent Board to issue a fresh tender notification as per the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tender Act, 1988 and Rules. No costs.
