ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police 1/3

for the alleged offence under Sections 316(2), 318(3), 318(4), 338, 339, 61(2) and 351

(2) of BNS in Crime No.7 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

3.Considering the serious nature of the case that by promising a loan of Rs.50 crores, a sum of Rs.50,00,000/- have been obtained in cash and the defacto complainant has been cheated and the documents were obtained even before the disbursal of the loan and also considering the role played by the petitioner that he attested such documents, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
