(MD) No. 14720 of 2020, Dated. 14.12.2020 on the file of this Hon`ble Court. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SATHYACHIDAMBARAM.S, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to Covid 19 pandemic situation, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.14720 of 2020 dated 14.12.2020.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 14.12.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.14720 of 2020 is extended further for a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
