Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to survey the petitioner's properties and fix boundary stones in respect of Survey No.481/16 to an extent of 1 1⁄4 cents (Northern Side) situated at Sellur and Post, Mudhukulathur Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 29.04.2023 within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance that his application for grant of conduct of survey has not been considered, has filed this writ petition.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that now a days applications have to be submitted only through online mode and if the petitioner submits his application through online with relevant documents and pays the necessary fee, it would be considered seniority wise.

3.In view of the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, the petitioner is permitted to make online application along with relevant documents and pay the necessary fee within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such application, the respondents shall consider it and pass appropriate orders after affording notice to the interested parties, within a period of twelve weeks therefrom. 2/4

4.The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
