PRAYER: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the contemnors/ Respondents for the willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WP(MD) No.20069 of 2023 order dated 05.12.2024.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the contemnors/ Respondents for the willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WP(MD) No.20069 of 2023 order dated 05.12.2024.

2. Heard, the learned Counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. This Court directed the contemnor to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.05.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits within a period of four weeks. The appropriate information has been given that the petitioner's representation would be duly considered and appropriate orders would be passed on appointment of Special Officer by the Central Government.
