ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(C) r/w. 20(b)(ii)(A), 25, 29(1) of NDPS Act, 1985 and under Section 77 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 in Crime.No.684 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the fact that the occurrence itself is on 13/8/2024 and it is alleged that the accused Nos. 1 and 2 are said to have been in possession of 300 grams of ganja are pointing out the fingers towards this accused, the petitioner cannot be enlarged on anticipatory bail.
