Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent herein to issue a no objection certificate to start a new course of Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) in order to obtain affiliation before the third respondent university based on the representation of the petitioner's institution dated 06.05.2025 within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.

This writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to issue a no objection certificate to start a new course of Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) in order to obtain affiliation before the third respondent university based on the representation of the petitioner dated 06.05.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that the petitioner's representation dated 06.05.2025 will be considered and disposed of by the first respondent within a period of 8 weeks. 2/4

Recording the above submission, the writ petition stands disposed of at the time of admission, by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 06.05.2025 within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
