PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing to the respondents 1 & 2 to carry out the appropriate survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's land in Survey No.362/12D which is situated in Thenmalai Part-II Revenue Village, Sivagiri Taluk, Thenkasi District based on the petitioner's Survey payment Challan Number - 20230606002213 dated 06.06.2023, within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2.Mrs.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2, on written 2/5

instructions submits that the petitioner's application would be considered on seniority basis, after issuing notice to the objectors, if any.

3.Considering the rival submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to conduct the survey, after issuing notice to the adjacent land owners and the objectors, if any and conclude the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
