ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition as against the document registered by the first respondent / Joint Sub Registrar in Doc.No.5691 of 2007, dated 29.10.2007, on the ground that it has been fraudulently registered.

2.This Court, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, cannot conduct an enquiry and pass an order cancelling a document, which has been duly registered by the Sub Registrar.

3.The writ petition is dismissed. The petitioner has to work out his remedy before the competent civil Court, in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Index :
