Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioners.

2. The petitioners are the plaintiffs in O.S.No.62 of 2020 on the file of the Principal District Court, Pudukkottai.

3. Since the suit is more than 4 1⁄2 years old, I am inclined to give a direction for speedy disposal as sought for. The learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of O.S.No.62 of 2020 on merits and in accordance with within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is stated that I.A.No.73 of 2024 has been filed under Order 8 Rule 9 of C.P.C. The said IA can be disposed of within a period of three weeks from the next hearing date. The suit itself shall be disposed of within a period of six months thereafter.
