2.Today also, when the matter was taken up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner, which shows that the petitioner does not have any interest in pursuing the matter. Hence, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the Writ Petition for non-prosecution. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that the encroachment has already been removed.
