The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.150 of 2021 registered on the file of the second respondent. He wants the final report to be filed at the earliest.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that a negative final report was filed on 22.09.2021 before the jurisdictional Court. He would also state that RCS notice was also issued on 08.09.2021. The jurisdictional Magistrate is directed to take a call in the matter on merits and in accordance with. If the jurisdictional Magistrate accepts the negative final report, fresh notice has to be given to the petitioner, so that the petitioner can file his protest petition.
