The petitioner seeks transfer of investigation from the file of the third respondent.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a negative final report was made ready as early as 25.10.2021 and it has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tirunelveli. If the jurisdictional Magistrate decides to accept the negative final report, then notice shall be sent to the petitioner herein immediately, so that the petitioner can file protest petition petition before the jurisdictional Magistrate. The entire exercise shall be concluded within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
