ORDER

Heard the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for R1 to R3.

2. The petitioner submitted a complaint before the District Registrar Administration, Karaikudi for cancelling the petition mentioned document. His request was not accepted. The District Registrar declined to declare the document in question as fraudulent. The proceedings dated 21.12.2022 was issued to that effect. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed an appeal before the DIG of Registration, Madurai. He wants the said appeal to be disposed of.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader states that the jurisdictional appellate authority is the DIG of Registration at Ramanathapuram. It is stated that the papers have already been transferred to the DIG of Registration, Ramanathapuram. The DIG of Registration, Ramanathapuram is directed to dispose of the petitioner's appeal on meritsand in accordance with law within a period of three months. All the interested parties will be put on notice before passing the final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
