2. Though the respondent/husband has been served, there is no appearance either in person or through counsel. The name of the respondent is also printed in the cause list.

3. Considering the above, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. H.M.O.P.No.165 of 2022 is directed to be transferred from Sub Court, Thoothukudi to the Family Court, Chennai. The personal appearance of the respondent stands dispensed with. However, as and when the Court directs that the respondent to appear before the Court, they shall appear. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
