ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction to the respondents to reduce the electricity load from 112 KW to 65 KW for the petitioner's National Pharma Hospital Service Connection LTCT No.401-001-1314. The petitioner had given a representation on 04.08.2021.

2. Heard Mr.A.Senthil Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Deenadhayalan, learned Standing Counsel, who takes notice for the respondents.

3. It had been stated that there is yet another Writ Petition, which is pending relating to an audit slip issued by the respondents, in W.P(MD).No.22402 of 2021. At any rate, the learned counsel for the petitioner informed the Court that he had received a communication from the respondents that they would consider the request sought in the present Writ Petition and the only obstacle is the pendency of the Writ Petition.

4. It will only be appropriate that this Court gives a quietus to the present Writ Petition and therefore, recording the aforesaid statement, which is also affirmed by Mr.S.Deenadhayalan, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, without entering into any further discussion on the facts of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of. The respondents are at liberty to proceed further in accordance with the letter issued by them to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
