ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second Respondent to complete the preliminary enquiry and take further action as against the Respondents 3 to 5 on the basis of Petitioner's representation dated 15.09.2022. 2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the Respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based on the complaint of the Petitioner, enquiry was conducted and the petition was closed. 3.In the light of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Writ Petition is dismissed, in the light of the reported ruling of the Division Bench of this Court in a batch of Criminal Original Petitions reported in CDJ 2018 MHC 5100 in the case of G.Prabakaran vs The Superintendent of Police, Thanjavur District and another, as in the matters of this nature, the Writ Petition is not maintainable. No costs.
