After elaborate discussion, this Court by order dated 13.02.2023 has allowed this revision on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of 1/3

Rs.5,000/- as cost to Madurai East, Panchayat Union Primary School, Othakadai.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner stated that he had remitted a sum of Rs.5000/- to the account of East Panchayat Union Primary School, Othakadai on 23.02.2023 and he has also filed a memo to that effect. 3.Recording the above said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed.
