ORDER
Heard Mr.Babu Rajendran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned Government Advocate for the first respondent and Mr.M.Karuppasamypandian, learned standing counsel for the second respondent.
2. This Writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to take suitable steps to prevent the flow of rain water coming through the Tin-Shed from the adjacent building, into the petitioner's premises, by considering his representation dated 29.05.2019.
3. Upon notice, it was represented on behalf of the second respondent that even as early as on 28.05.2019 in proceedings Na.Ka.No.1859/2019/E2, PVC pipe was fitted enabling the rain water to get drained without the same falling into the petitioner's premises. For the compliance of the same and for verification, the writ petition was posted today.
4. Today, the Commissioner of the second respondent had produced a photograph, which shows that PVC pipe as mentioned in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P(MD)No.21725 of 2019 earlier proceedings has been laid and the rain water will not fall into the petitioner's premises.
5. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also accepted the same as the representation of the petitioner has already been addressed followed by a redressal.
