ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused No.2 to 5 who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under sections 294(b), 506 (i) IPC and Section 5(1), 5(n)(j)(ii) r/w 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Section 9 and 10 Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006, in Crime No.4 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that A1 was arrested and released on bail and he has not complied with the condition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

properly. After completing the investigation, final report was filed before the Mahila Court, Dindigul, and it has been taken on cognizance in Spl.C.C.No.S.C.84 of 2021 and the first summon issued to the petitioners. Now, the case was posted to 16.12.2021. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioners are directed to receive the summon and appear before the concerned Court and workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4.In view of the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
