ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a mandamus directing the second respondent to register the sale deed executed by him with regard to the land in Survey No.53/1A1 situated at Melakallangulam Village, Mustakurichi Post, Kariyapatti Taluk, Virudhunagar District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.05.2018.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, based on the written instructions, submitted that the land in Survey No.53/1A1 is the property, which has been attached in a criminal case and now under the control of Justice R.M.Lodha Committee constituted by SEBI for sale and disposal of properties of M/s.PACL Ltd.
