COMMON PRAYER: Criminal Original Petitions filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to call for the records pertaining to set aside the docket order passed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sengottai, Tenkasi District in unnumbered Crl.M.P.SR.Nos.2895, 2899, 3210 & 2903 of 2023 dated 23.02.2023, 23.02.2023, 22.02.2023 and 23.02.2023 respectively in Crime No.401 of 2022 on the file of the respondent Police and direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sengottai to number the petition and take the same on file.

COMMON ORDER The subject matter of challenge in all these petitions pertain to the application filed by the petitioner for the return of property and for the return of copy applications filed by the petitioner.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it was brought to the notice of this Court that already the investigation has been completed and the police report has been filed in Crime No.401 of 2022.
3. In view of the same, it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the Court where the case is now pending.
