ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to withdraw 90% of his PF accumulation from the provident fund available in his PF Account No. 11339 on the file of first respondent Trust within the time limit fixed by this Court so as to enable him to repay the housing loan.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
3. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
4. The petitioner has been working as a Conductor with effect from 25.12.1998 in the respondent Corporation and he is due to retire on 31.05.2026. In order to repay his housing loan, the petitioner submitted an application to the first respondent on 24.06.2025, requesting 90% of his PF accumulation from the provident fund available in his PF Account No. 11339 on the file of first respondent Trust and he also submitted a representation to the respondents, reiterating his request for withdrawing the amount. As no action was taken on the same, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition before this Court.
5. Similar issue was already considered by this Court in WP(MD)No.27337 of 2023 dated 17.11.2023, wherein it is held as follows:- "2. Considering the fact that the petitioner has to undergo huge expenses towards his daughter's marriage, which is to be held 3/6
on 19.11.2023 and he is about to retire in May 2024, the first respondent herein is directed to pass orders permitting the petitioner to withdraw 90% of his PF Contribution, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs." Thus, similar order can be passed in this writ petition also.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has to repay his housing loan and he is about to retire in May 2026, the first respondent herein is directed to pass orders permitting the petitioner to withdraw 90% of his PF Contribution, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
