This petition has been filed seeking quashment of proceedings in S.C.No.766 of 2022 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he would be satisfied to issue a direction to the trial Court to complete the trial process within a time stipulated by this Court. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District, is directed to complete the trial process in S.C.No. 766 of 2022 within a period of 5 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
