O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner seeks deletion of his name from the history sheet list maintained by the third respondent. It is stated by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that an annual review is undertaken during the month of December every year and if during the preceding two years, the petitioner has not come under the adverse notice of the police, his name will be removed from the history sheet.

W.P.(MD)No.21573 of 2021 Therefore, the third respondent is directed to delete the petitioner's name from the history sheet.

4. This writ petition stands allowed. No costs.
