Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.SELVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner herein to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Since the petitioner herein was arrested and released on bail in another case on condition to stay in Dindigul District, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.17367 of 2021 dated 10.11.2021.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 10.11.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.17367 of 2021 is extended further for a period of Ten days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
