Respondents PRAYER:This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to inspect the Athikulam Kanmai, Thiruchuli Taluk, Virudhunagar District and monitor the Kudimaramathu Work in the Athikulam Kanmoi, consequently, direct the respondents for not to release the Kudimaramathu fund before the completion of the Kudimaramathu work in Athikulam Kanmai, Thiruchuli Taluk, Virudhunagar District in accordance with law.

(Order of this Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J) Heard Mr.R.Alagumani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Baskara Pandian, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
2.By consent on either side, this writ petition is taken up for disposal.
3.The petitioner seeks for a direction to inspect the Athikulam Kanmai, Thiruchuli Taluk, Virudhunagar District and monitor the Kudimaramathu Work in the Athikulam Kanmoi, and without doing so, should not release the funds for Kudimaramathu work. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD).No.21784 of 2019 4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the said Athikulam Kanmai, is vested with the Town Panchayat. Even if it is so, we direct the Tahsildar, Thiruchuli Taluk, Virudhunagar District, to inspect the work done along with the Commissioner of Town Panchayat and if the work has been completed in terms of the work order to the full satisfaction of the authorities, then only payment shall be released. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
