ORDER
The writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to give adequate compensation amount of Rs.20,00,000/- to the petitioner for sustaining the grievous injuries by considering the representation, dated 30.06.2022. 2.By consent of both sides, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.The petitioner submitted that on 19.10.2014 at about 11.00 am., he was working in an agricultural field. Due to electrocution, the petitioner's finger was damaged. Initially, he had taken treatment at Kariyapatti Government Hospital and then, he was transferred to Meenakshi Mission Hospital, Madurai and admitted as in-patient from 21.10.2014 to 24.10.2014, wherein Accident Register copy alone was issued. Thereafter, he was admitted in Aruppukottai Achammal Hospital, wherein surgery was undergone and treatment was given for one month. On 11.04.2019, another surgery was also undergone in Trichy, Olymbia Hospital for resuming sense to the petitioner's finger, which was also ended in vain. 2/6
4.He further submitted that his mother had taken care of all medical expenses and their property was mortgaged for this purpose. Hence, the petitioner had sent a representation dated 23.01.2020 requesting compensation as well as job on compassionate ground.
5.The fourth respondent, vide proceedings in f.vz;.c.nr.ngh/g.fhhp/Nfh.G.kD/20 m.vz;:55/20, dated 12.03.2020, informed the petitioner to give a fresh representation along with his signature, medical documents relating to the treatment undertaken by him and an affidavit of undertaking that he will not approach the Court for remedy after getting compensation as per Rules. The petitioner approached the fourth respondent in person along with Accident Register, but he was insisted to produce some irrelevant documents. Thereafter, the petitioner had sent a detailed representation on 30.06.2022 along with a copy of the Accident Register and other related records. He also submitted that due to electrocution, the petitioner was not able to join in any suitable job. Hence, he sought compensation for a sum of Rs.20,00,000/-. But, the respondents evade their liability to pay the compensation. Hence, the petitioner approached this Court by filing this writ petition.

6.The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner may be directed to give a fresh representation along with relevant documents and on such representation, the same would be considered by the respondents.
7.It is an admitted fact that the petitioner got injury, due to electrocution and he was admitted in hospital for getting treatment. He sent a representation to the respondents on 23.01.2020, in which, the respondents sought some relevant documents. The petitioner has been silent from the year 2020 and filed this petition in the year 2022 seeking for compensation. The petitioner has not produced any document to prove his medical expenses. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. However, it is open to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority along with relevant documents as sought for by them and the same will be considered by the concerned authority, within a period of sixteen weeks thereafter. No costs.
