ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order passed in I.A.No.281 of 2018 in O.S.No.11 of 2011, dated 27.06.2018 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Vadipatti

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,18.03.2024), the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the second petitioner died on 14.11.2011 itself and the same was recorded in the trial Court and that the first petitioner also died on 01.09.2021.

3. It is seen from the records, the civil revision came to be filed by the first petitioner along with the deceased second petitioner. Moreover, despite granting sufficient time, steps for the deceased respondents 4 and 5 were not taken sofar.

4. In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as abated. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. 18.03.2024 NCC :Yes/No Index :Yes/No Internet : Yes/ No das To 1.The District Munsif Court, Vadipatti.
