(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 91 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2. 3.Mr.P.P.Alwin Balan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 and 4 has objected for condoning the delay.

4.However, being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 91 days, however, on payment of costs.

5.Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to E-Seva Kendra Porta Cabins attached to this Bench [Account No:7026895311, IFSC Code:IDIB000H040, Indian Bank, High Court Branch, Madurai] forthwith on receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this petition will be dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
