This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents no.1 and 2 to grant emergency leave without escort to my husband namely Markandan s/o.Veerathevar, C.P.No.2887 (PID: No: 543627) by considering my representation dated 31.07.2025.. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 2/4

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents filed a letter dated 06.08.2025 bearing: vz;/3188/jF/2/2025 stating that the representation of the petitioner dated 31.07.2025, has been considered and the same has been rejected by the respondents.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition stands closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order of rejection dated 06.08.2025 in a manner known to law. No costs.
