ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the first and second respondents to initiate appropriate action against the respondents 3 to 9 based on the complaint dated 02.11.2023 given by the petitioner.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second 2/4

respondents would submit that the second respondent has not received any representation so far.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given complaint to the first respondent. 4.Recording the above submission, the petitioner is directed to give representation to the second respondent and on such receipt of representation, the second respondent shall issue notice to the petitioner as well as the private respondents, conduct enquiry and complete the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the representation. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
