This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.30 of 2022 dated 14.10.2022 and to file the final report within a stipulated time. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that in this case, investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thanjavur. 3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is closed.
