RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 28.10.2021 made in Crl.O.P.(MD) 16145 of 2021 on the file of this Hon'ble Court in so far as the petitioner's reporting before the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M is concerned and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.H.MOHAMMED IMRAN FOR AJMAL ASSOCIATES, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE (CRL.SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16145 of 2021 on 28.10.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and final report was made ready and after completing the official formalities, it will be filed before the concerned Court.

CRL MP(MD) No.10835 of 2021 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16145 of 2021 on 28.10.2021 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
