ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the following relief : "directing the 3rd respondent to take immediate action for shifting Electricity Connection S.C.No.0320 5H.P from Survey No. 117/7B to Survey No.117/7A to the petitioner's Agricultural Land and save the petitioner's Agricultural Yields situated at Thirupachethi Village, Thirupuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District and in the light of the 3rd respondent proceeding in KA.EN.OuMePo/Pa/Thi.Chethi/Ko.Ka/A.No.001/18 dated 10.04.2018."

2. On instructions, the learned Standing Counsel would submit that if the documents are submitted, the petitioner's request will be considered. The petitioner also undertakes to once again produce the documents.

3. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to produce all the necessary documents and on receipt of the same, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 24.04.2018 and shift the electricity service connection from Survey No.117/7B to Survey No.117/7A to the petitioner's Agricultural Land within a period of three

(3) weeks therefrom.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
