ORDER:- This Petition coming upon for hearing on this day under the caption 'Extension of time for 'Lower Court' and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 19.10.2024 and the requisition submitted by the Subordinate Judge, Sankarankovil in D.No.1718 dated 08.07.2025 seeking further three months time to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.54 of 2020 this Court made the following Order: 1/3

'By judgment, dated 19.10.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the HMOP No.54 of 2020 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. Now, the Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.1718 dated 08.07.2025 whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further three months time to comply with the order, dated 19.10.2024.
