ORDER
This petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the above charge sheet in C.C.No.36 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Thoothukudi and quash the same.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that both the petitioners have filed a discharge petition before the trial Court in Cr.M.P.No.7209 of 2022 and the same was allowed and the petitioners were discharged from all the offences.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further adjudication and hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 29.09.2023 NCC :
