ORDER

This petition had been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.247 of 2022 dated 17.08.2022 on the file of the Kadayam Police Station for the offence under Sections 294(b), 352 and 506(ii) of IPC. 1/4

2.In an earlier occasion, when the learned Counsel for the Petitioners was about to commence his argument, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Crime No.247 of 2022 has been completed and final report has also been laid before the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram. The learned Counsel for the Petitioners disputed the same. Therefore, this Court had called for remarks from the learned Judicial Magistrate and the case was adjourned to 23.11.2022.

3.Today i.e., 23.11.2022 the letter received from the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram stating that the final report had been filed and it was taken on file as CC.No.402 of 2022 and the case was posted on 29.12.2022 for issuance of summon to the accused. 4.Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
