ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the inspector of Police, City Crime Branch Tirunelveli city to forward the petitioner's complaint dt 01.04.2022 to the file of the third for continuing with his investigation along with the FIR in Cr.No.468/2017 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, Chennai and to file the additional charge sheet in CC No.4538 of 2021 pending on the file of the Chief Metropolitan Court, Chennai.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.
