ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to transfer the case in Crime No.72 of 2022 from the file of the third respondent to the fourth respondent/CBCID for further investigation. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that 12 witnesses have already been examined.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the third respondent to conclude the investigation in Crime No.72 of 2022 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

4.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, the third respondent is directed to conclude the investigation in Crime No.72 of 2022 within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. No costs.
